STOP the thousandths digit in fuel prices!

Ok, I can understand when gas was in the $0.13 range, making it $0.135 is a large percentage increase. I can also understand back then you would want to make $0.24 gas look A LOT cheaper by saying $0.239. But when fuel prices are $1.50-$5.00/gallon, everyone appending 9/10 of 1 cent to every price is just silly!
